Ruth Finley Person Theater
The Ruth Finley Person Theater was described as “A Plush Theater in the California Wine County” by RollingStone Magazine. The 1600 seats make it the largest fixed seating venue in Sonoma County. The theater regularly hosts quality national and international performances, representing the entire spectrum of the arts world. Carston Cabaret
The Carston Cabaret is a spectacular location which adds style to any special event. The high-vaulted ceiling creates excellent acoustics, which are enhanced by a Meyer Sound System. The room features theatrical lighting controlled from a state-of-the-art technical booth. Vertical grain fir wood paneling accents the room creating a dramatic effect. Adaptable seating arrangements to suit individual needs such as theater events, banquets, seminars, and receptions. The stage features classic theatrical curtains. Harry A. Merlo Theater
The newly remodeled Merlo Theater has 400 seats which are acomfortable fit for seminars, lectures, school plays and recitals and feature a moveable desktop for note taking. This theater is a favorite for non-profit organizations, small theater companies, businesses, schools and seminar facilitators. Enhancements include theatrical lighting, a sound booth with a 16-channel soundboard, two dressing rooms, and audio/visual equipment.
Grand Lobby
The Grand Lobby is a magnificent location which adds prestige to any special event. Daytime events are enhanced by plenty of natural light, while the evening events are accented by light from the three classic chandeliers. The spacious room can accommodate a formal dinner dance, speaker presentation luncheons and large breakfast meetings. It is also an ideal space for tradeshows and silent auctions. Wells Fargo Stage
The Wells Fargo Stage is the ideal outdoor location to utilize as a blank canvas for creating your special event. The deluxe 60’ by 120’ white tent has three spires and has the option to be rented with walls to create a more intimate space. Attractive burgundy colored “festival fencing” encloses the area for privacy and is accessible through two gateways. The 43,200 square foot space includes the East Lawn and several magnificent California Redwood trees. The Redwood Grove is available separately for wedding ceremonies. This is an ideal setting if you are planning a reception, picnic, employee appreciation party, family or school reunion, fundraiser or tradeshow. Fireside Room
The Fireside Room is an intimate location which adds uniqueness to any special event. The space features a charming gas-powered fireplace. The four distinctive chandeliers can be dimmed to create a romantic mood for private parties or at the flip of a switch, the room is lit up to create a business seminar atmosphere. The room conveniently has a private ADA accessible restroom. The ideal venue for banquets, fundraisers, and meetings, the Fireside Room enhances any event and creates a lasting impression.
Atrium
The Atrium is a versatile location which adds creativity to any special event. The interestingly designed 9,000 square foot indoor space has an alfresco ambiance. Daytime events are enhanced by natural lighting from the multiple windows and glass doors as well as the spectacular skylight domes. The Atrium is an outstanding location for tradeshows, art fairs, wine-tastings, exhibits and receptions. This multipurpose room can accommodate up to 67 exhibit booth spaces. The close proximity to conference rooms and auditoriums makes this is an ideal setting for conventions requiring exhibition space and presentation rooms.
Conference Rooms
The Conference Rooms are three functional locations which add professionalism to any special event. The rooms feature built-in counters with sinks and windows with Venetian blinds. These comfortable spaces are perfect for meetings, seminars, or as breakout rooms from the large auditoriums. High-speed Internet access is available.
