Naming Sponsorship

Wells Fargo Center for the Arts
Owned and Operated by Luther Burbank Memorial Foundation

Gifted to the community in 1981, the Arts Center was first named in honor of Santa Rosa’s renowned “favorite son,” horticulturalist Luther Burbank. In 2006, the Center received a generous 10-year naming sponsorship from Wells Fargo. This sponsorship provides essential funding to maintain the Arts Center’s operations and many arts education and outreach programs. The Center remains under the ownership and leadership of the Luther Burbank Memorial Foundation and its community-based volunteer board of directors. The spirit of philanthropy that founded the Arts Center lives on today through our members, donors, and sponsors, whose vital support enables us to:

  • Present the finest in music, dance, theater, and spoken word
  • Provide arts education programs serving 30,000 students and teachers annually
  • Bring new works to life
